Upcoming
broker change
(09/10/2009)
Fxprotrading.com in the next month will be moving our
accounts from IFX Markets / FX Solutions to
Interactive Brokers.
IFX merged with FX Solutions in late 2008, they then
discontinued
their original platform in May of this year. I have been
using
Interactive Brokers for my personal equities account for many years. IB
provides a very versatile platform along with a great fee
structure.

A note regarding last
weeks power outage at our office (06/16/2008)
As
many of you know last week we had unexpected severe weather in the
Southeastern Michigan area. As a result of the storm our office was
without power for just over thirty hours. We had battery backup for
approximately ten hours which we originally thought would be adequate.
Because of the power loss, we lost out on two profitable signals for
our Standard Signals System customers. The Forex signals did get sent
out and the Select Systems Signals didn't require any trades to be
entered. Our backup system has since been upgraded to handle a
prolonged outage such as last weeks. We now have the ability to run the
entire operation without being tied to grid power. Fxprotrading.com
also has redundant Internet connections in-case one fails. We sincerely
apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you and for the
missed trading opportunity.
